中にエンジン回転数の検出値が零の状態で所定時
間以上経過したときにエアヒータへの通電を遮断
し、その後エンジン回転数の検出値が所定値以上
に上昇したときにエアヒータを再び通電するよう
に制御する手段を設けたことを特徴とするデイー
