2表面厚みより厚く設け、連続して該環状突起条
2を内含する外周部3と内周部4との間周面の厚
みは該環状突起条2表面厚みと等しいか、あるい
は内外周面3,4の厚みを越えず少し厚めとし、

起環5は回転しながら強力に締付けられるが環芯
材Aの環状突起条2に設けた切欠き1によつてし
つかりと固着せしめられるので、環芯材Aと突起
環5とは分解することなくしつかり保持され、緩
和しきれない締圧を外周部3と内周部4のシール
面に譲る。この締圧は外周部3と内周部4を圧縮
するが環芯材Aの環状突起条2表面で圧縮を全て
受けとめるため、外周部3と内周部4には無理な
圧力が加わわらず、従来のごとく弾性体Bが欠損
を起したりシール性を弱めたりすることがなく、
