図において、１は素子アンテナ、２は可変移相
器、３は分配器、４はフエーズド・アレー・アン
テナ、５は送信源、６は対向アンテナ、７は受信
機、８は演算回路、９は診断回路、１０は送信用
の高出力増幅器、１２は切換スイツチ、１３はダ
ミー抵抗である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、
