図において、1は素子アンテナ、2は可変移相
器、3は分配器、4はフエーズド・アレー・アン
テナ、5は送信源、6は対向アンテナ、7は受信
機、8は演算回路、9は診断回路、10は送信用
の高出力増幅器、12は切換スイツチ、13はダ
ミー抵抗である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、
