と遅延素子との間の接続を形成した5つの場合を
示す図、第4図は本考案の要部を示すスイツチマ
トリクスの回路図、第5図はスイツチマトリクス
の制御回路の回路図である。

Claims (1)
された電気音響トランスデユーサ素子と、前記配
列された電気音響トランスデユーサ素子の中の所
定のグループを付勢し且つ該付勢中のグループを
順次ずらしてゆくための手段と、受信した超音波
信号により発生される前記電気音響トランスデユ
ーサ素子の出力信号を遅延し前記付勢されたグル
ープの各電気音響トランスデユーサ素子が受信し
た集束点から反射された超音波信号の時間差を補
償するための複数の遅延素子とを備えた超音波送
受信装置に使用されるスイツチマトリクスにおい
て、 入力端子と出力端子と開閉制御のための制御入
力端子とを有し行列状に配置された複数の半導体
スイツチと、同一の列に属する前記スイツチの前
記入力端子が接続されており且つ前記グループに
属する前記電気音響トランスデユーサ素子に接続
されるべき入力線と、同一の行に属する前記スイ
ツチの出力端子が接続されており且つ前記遅延素
子に接続されるべき出力線と、前記半導体スイツ
チのうち各行に属するスイツチの1個づつ及び各
列に属するスイツチの1個づつに重複しないよう
接続された複数の制御線と、 前記トランスデユーサ素子のグループが付勢さ
れる時期において前記制御線に接続された前記ス
イツチの接続状態を変えるため前記制御線の1つ
に信号を送る制御回路とを備えたことを特徴とす
