形成してその内側に天板部のコンクリート打設空
間を形成し、さらにこのコンクリート打設空間内
にコンクリート層中に上下方向に沿つて埋設され
た補強鉄筋の一部を突出させるとともに、前記容
器本体の上端部に前記コンクリート打設空間に露
出するフランジ部を設け、該フランジ部上に容器
本体の上部開口部を塞ぐ鋼製蓋体を溶着し、コン
クリート打設空間内に突出する補強鉄筋を折り曲
げて蓋体上に配設される補強鉄筋にラツプさせ、
かつ、前記蓋体上にコンクリートを打設してなる
