杆の位置を制御して流量または圧力を制御するよ
うにした比例制御弁において、前記弁杆の位置の
変化に応じて変化する２個の受光素子の受光量の
変化に基づいて前記弁杆の位置を検知する位置セ
ンサを設け、該位置センサの出力を前記コイルの
制御電流にフイードバツクする構成としたことを
