本考案は軒樋継手の構造の改良に関するもので

形成されていた。このため塩化ビニル樹脂の性質

定性が悪いという欠点がある。このため集水器の
ような雨樋部品をアクリル系樹脂にて形成するこ
とにより熱変形し難く、耐候性を良くし(変色し
難くし)寸法安定性を向上することも考えられる
が、耳嵌合部もアクリル樹脂のみで形成すると弾
性がなくて耳嵌合部が弾性変形し難く軒樋を接続
するとき嵌合し難く、しかも嵌合するとき割れや
すいという欠点がある。

に断面略C字状の耳嵌合部1を有している。この
耳嵌合部1はアクリル系樹脂層2と塩化ビニル樹
脂層3との多層構造にしてある。つまり第2図a
に示すように表裏及び周縁をアクリル系樹脂2と
し、内部を塩化ビニル樹脂層3としたり、第2図
bに示すように表側をアクリル系樹脂層2とし、
裏側を塩化ビニル樹脂層3としたりしてある。か
かるアクリル系樹脂層2と塩化ビニル樹脂層3と
の多層構造は耳嵌合部1のみならず軒樋継手A全
体に亘つてもよい。また第3図は角形の軒樋を接
続する軒樋継手Aであつて、断面コ字状の耳嵌合
部1が前述と同様にアクリル系樹脂層2と塩化ビ
