が、表面が露出する内筒に耐候性がなかつた(変
色しやすい)。

してあるため耐候性に優れていると共に熱変形し
難く、しかも寸法安定性がよくて内筒と外筒との
螺合がスムーズにできる排水ドレンを提供するに

内筒2の表裏全外面をアクリル系樹脂とすること
により施工した後露出する部分の耐候性を向上し
たものである。

あつても第2図に示すように表裏全外面をアクリ
ル系樹脂層9とし、内部を塩化ビニル樹脂層10
としてあつてもよい。上記アクリル系樹脂として
はポリメチルメタアクリレートのようなアクリル
樹脂の他に、アクリロニトリル−アクリルゴム−
スチレン樹脂(AAS樹脂)、メタクリル酸メチル
−アクリルゴム−スチレン樹脂(MAS樹脂)等
がある。なお上記アクリル系樹脂の代わりにアク
リロニトリル−エチレンプロピレンジエン共重合
ゴム−スチレン樹脂(AES樹脂)も同様に用い
ることができる。また5は上端に下押え鍔4を有
する外筒であつて、内周に雌ねじ6を設けてあ
る。かかる外筒5は塩化ビニル樹脂にて形成され
ている。上記内筒2と外筒5とにより排水ドレン
が構成され、内筒2の上部開口にはアクリル系樹
脂よりなるごみよけ体11を設けてある。上記の
ように構成せる排水ドレンを施工するに当つては
軒樋7の排水孔8に上から内筒2の下部を挿入
し、軒樋7の下方に配置した外筒5内の雌ねじ6
に内筒2の雄ねじ4を螺合し、排水孔8の孔縁を
上押え鍔1と下押え鍔4とで挾持して取付ける。
上記外筒5には竪樋12の上端を被嵌する。竪樋
12を被嵌すると外筒5は殆んど露出せず塩化ビ
ニル樹脂にて形成してあつても耐候性上問題がな

とアクリル系樹脂との弾性の異なる樹脂の螺合の
ため螺合がしつくりするものである。
