のブラケツトと、前記ブラケツトに設けられた上
下方向の挿通孔に挿通された操作部材と、前記ブ
ラケツト内に設けられて前記操作部材を上方に付
勢するコイルばねと、前記操作部材の下端部に固
定されて、操作部材を前記コイルばねの付勢力に
抗して下方に押圧することにより車体フロアに設
けられた係合穴に嵌入され、この状態で操作部材
を回動させることにより前記係合穴の下縁に係止
されるロツクプレートと、前記ロツクプレートを
車体フロアの係合穴に対して位置決めするととも
に、前記操作部材を下方に押圧したときにのみ前
記操作部材の回動を許容する回動規制手段とを備
えたことを特徴とする折り畳み式シートのロツク
