Since electric heating cables and hot water pipes are completely surrounded by the pavement, thermal energy first radiates into the pavement, passes through the pavement, and then reaches the road surface. However, with this method, most of the heat energy is absorbed by the pavement, which has extremely poor thermal conductivity, so the speed at which it is transmitted to the road surface is extremely slow, causing problems such as when there is heavy snowfall or when snowdrifts form on the road surface. At times, the snow melting speed could not keep up, making it impossible to achieve the desired objective.

After the heat is transferred to the hot plate (8), the flat block body (1)
heat dissipates to the surface. After the hot water has flowed through the entire flat block body, it may be discharged, or it may be reheated to make the water hot and then circulated further.

It acts as a pressure-resistant fortress to prevent damage.

ある。3. Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention forms circular grooves (3) on the lower surface of each of the flat block bodies (1) installed in large numbers on a base, and injects heat conductive grooves into the grooves (3). A peripheral wall member (8) is installed, heat transfer plates (8) are erected around the peripheral wall member (8) at appropriate intervals, and a hose body (7) is placed in the continuous concave groove (3). Since this is a snow melting device that allows hot water to flow through the snow melting device, even though the flat block body that is safe for walking appears on the surface, there is heat conduction inside the snow melting device through the hot water. Because this is done continuously, the surface of each flat block is constantly heated, and even if snow does accumulate, it can be melted immediately, allowing you to walk with peace of mind at all times. , secondly, the desired purpose can be achieved at a relatively low cost;
It can be constructed not only on roads but also in parking lots and other places where it is necessary. Thirdly, in the case of sidewalks, various pipes and cables such as water and sewage pipes and gas pipes are buried. Excavation and backfilling of the roadbed is often carried out for repair and replacement work, but for roads with asphalt or concrete pavement structures equipped with snow melting pipelines and electric heating cable networks, this work is extremely difficult. However, according to the present invention, since the road surface is made up of a single flat block, even if various types of construction work is to be carried out, the work can be easily carried out by locally peeling off the flat blocks. This has great effects, such as making it easier to inspect pipelines and electric heating cable networks.
