線偏光反射鏡とこの反射によつて４５°傾いた光
軸を前記直交座標軸に戻すための２枚の全反射鏡
を配置し、前記共振器から出たレーザ光の光軸上
に前記直交座標軸の一つの面内に光軸と４５°傾
けてλ／４位相遅延反射鏡を設置することによつ
て円偏光を行わせるようにしてなることを特徴と
