Abstract

PURPOSE:To support a building without causing the breakage or changing of improved ground by a method in which removed soil or sand is mixed with a hardener and packed into a plural layer of skeleton materials formed according to the depth of the improved ground and then hardened. CONSTITUTION:A space 3 of a fixed depth is formed for positioning the lower part of an improved ground 2 and a building 1, and the corresponding soil or sand for improved ground is packed into the space 3 to form a ground 2, where many netted skeleton materials formed of a material, e.g., netted reinforcing bars, etc., treated with a rust-proofing agent are set at intervals in the space 3. The soil or sand is mixed with a hardener, e.g., high-molecular setting agent, cement, etc., according to the depth of the ground 2 is packed into the space 3 and hardened. The occurrence of cracking in the ground 2 and also of inclination of building 1 due to unequal subsidence can thus be prevented.

Traditionally, when building buildings on soft ground, pile support was used. However, since the pile support requires a long period of time and is expensive, there is a tendency to use soil improvement methods instead of piles. However, since this ground improvement method uses a cement-based hardener mixed with soil or earth and hardened into a plate shape, uneven settlement occurs on soft ground, and as a result, buildings tend to lean. It also tends to cause cracks in the improved ground itself.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives of the present invention, the present invention arranges a framework material in the space constituting the improved ground under a building, and fills it with soil, earth and sand mixed with a hardening agent and hardens it. I'm jealous because it doesn't try to provide a method for creating improved ground. “[Function] The present invention arranges the framework material on the improved ground in this way, so that
Improving ground preparation can be done in the same way as conventional ground preparation by mixing a hardening agent into the removed soil or earth and sand, installing multiple layers of skeletal material depending on the depth of the improved ground, and filling and hardening it. .

[Example] - Details of the present invention will be explained based on further illustrated examples. FIG. 1 shows an example of construction to which the improved ground preparation method according to the present invention is applied. In the figure, 1 is a building, and 2 is the improved ground formed under this building 1. This improved ground 2 is the second
As shown in the figure, a space 3 is formed at a certain depth in the ground where the building is to be constructed, in order to position the improved ground 2 and the lower part of the building 1, and inside this space 3, the space 3 shown in Fig. 1 is formed. The improved ground 2 is created by filling soil or earth and sand corresponding to the improved ground part. This improved ground 2 is first made by placing braided reinforcing bars or FRP into the improved ground preparation space 3 shown in Fig. 2.
A net-shaped skeleton made of a material that has undergone appropriate rust-proofing treatment, or a material that has a rust-proofing effect, or a skeleton made of a cross-arrangement of various wires and shaped materials that have appropriate strength as a skeleton. A hardening agent for ground improvement selected from cement, quicklime, a cement-based hardening agent, a polymer coagulant, etc., depending on the depth at which the material 4 is installed in one layer or in multiple layers with spaces between the top and bottom to create the improved ground 2. It is made of a single layer of mixed material or filled with earth and sand and hardened.

By using such an improved gutter board 2, the building 1 installed on top of it can support the lower part of the building without using piles, and at the same time, it can prevent uneven bottoms etc. from occurring on the ground. Even if unequal stress is applied to the improved ground 2, the presence of the framework material 4 in the improved ground 2 prevents the ground itself from cranking and firmly maintains its position. This also prevents the inclination of 1.

What is shown in Fig. 3 and below is an example of an improved ground in which one or more conical or pyramidal protrusions 5 are formed on the lower surface of the improved ground 2 in contrast to the plate-shaped improved ground 2 shown in Fig. 1. It shows. - Fig. 3 is an example in which a plurality of pyramid-shaped protrusions 5 are formed on the bottom surface, and a space 5' for forming the pyramid-shaped protrusions 5 is created on the bottom surface of the improved ground preparation space 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the framework material 4 is arranged in single or multiple layers in the pyramid-shaped space 5' and the space deep enough to create the improved ground at the corner of the space, and is filled with soil mixed with a hardening agent or The improved ground 2 is obtained by filling with earth and sand and hardening it. FIG. 5 shows a state in which the rad-like protrusion 5 is in one state.

The preparation method and process are the same as those described above. Therefore, by forming such a pyramid-shaped protrusion 5 on the lower surface of the improved ground 2, when this improved ground is used on soft ground, the improved ground 2 is prevented from moving laterally. In addition to having the effect of suppressing lateral movement, that is, horizontal movement, the supporting area of the ground increases against the load from above, that is, the load of the building, and prevents not only horizontal movement but also vertical settlement. - It exhibits the property of supporting a building at a certain position as the improved ground 2.

As described above, the improved ground preparation method according to the present invention places a framework material in the space under the building and hardens soil, soil, etc. mixed with a hardening agent. Even if this improved ground is created on the ground, the improved ground will not be damaged or displaced due to unevenness, etc.
It keeps the supporting structure in its initial position and does not tilt:
