[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a novel dry-processed acetate fiber yarn with a modified cross section. [Prior Art] Dry acetate fibers usually have a complex cross-sectional shape called a chrysanthemum shape due to the volume reduction caused by the volatilization of a large amount of solvent, which is unique to dry spinning. Unique texture not found in synthetic fibers,
It contributes to luster, etc., and is widely used in general clothing applications. Furthermore, in order to take advantage of the original characteristics of these acetate yarns and add new features, several yarns with irregular cross-sections have been introduced. For example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-176968 proposes an acetate fiber having a Y-shaped cross section and obtained from a spinneret having a triangular hole shape. This Y-shaped cross-section yarn is bulkier than ordinary chrysanthemum-shaped cross-section yarn, and by utilizing this characteristic, it is possible to create a product that is rich in lightweight feel. Also, Special Publication No. 37-7917 is the third
From the spinneret with the hole shape shown in Figure a, Figure 3b
It has been introduced that hollow fibers like these can be obtained. It goes without saying that the weight of this hollow fiber can also be reduced by the hollow portion. These fibers have bulk levels as shown in Table 1.

The present invention provides a material with a bulkier and lighter feel than the conventional technology described above without sacrificing the luster, and has a length that allows for the large unevenness seen in conventional Y-shaped cross-section yarns. The aim is to exhibit glossiness and high bulk by having a length that is restrained and allows a wide space, and a cross-sectional shape that allows it to be incorporated into the fibers. [Means for solving the problem] That is, the present invention is a dry acetate fiber spun from a spinneret with an arcuate hole shape, a flat cross section, and a curve of at least 360° from one end to the other. It is a yarn with an irregular cross section that partially overlaps and has a porosity of 30% or more. Figures 1a, b, and c all show yarns with irregular cross-sections according to the present invention. It incorporates a wide space and has a cross-sectional shape that allows for high bulkiness. The shape of the spinneret hole to obtain this cross-sectional shape is as shown in Figure 4, which can be obtained by a normal dry acetate spinning method.
In particular, the cross section of the present invention can be obtained if the cross section is a circular arc or a shape approximating it. Further, the following relationship exists between the shape of this circular arc and the obtained cross section. That is, it goes without saying that the greater the angle θ of the arc, the greater the curvature of the fiber cross section, and the smaller the radius r of the arc, the smaller the curvature. Therefore, it is sufficient to determine the hole shape appropriately depending on the single fiber denier of the desired fiber and the required bulk and high performance, but if the curvature of the fiber cross section is less than 360°, that is, a flat part If they do not overlap, this cross-sectional shape is likely to collapse due to external force, which is undesirable because the bulk performance is reduced. On the other hand, if the curve is more than 720 degrees, that is, if the flat part approaches the shape of a so-called "mosquito coil" where the flat part is wrapped twice or more, the internal space occupied becomes smaller, and this also has a bulking effect. This is not preferable because it tends to suppress it slightly. [Example] Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to Examples. Measuring method of bulk height The 6th method using the bulk height measurement roll shown in Figure 5
A tension of 0.1 g/d is applied to the sample yarn 1 whose bulk level is to be measured using the apparatus shown in the figure, and the weight W of the sample yarn wound through the tensor 2 is measured. The bulk height D is calculated from D=78.54/W and rounded to the second decimal place. How to measure porosity: As a guide to the lightweight material of the yarn, draw a diagram from an enlarged photograph of the cross-sectional shape (Figure 7) and measure the cross-sectional shape e of the yarn and the area of the void portion f surrounded by the yarn. Find the porosity G from = f/e + f x 100 (%) and round to the second decimal place. Example 1 Triacetate flakes with a degree of acetylation of 61.5 were dissolved in a mixed solvent of methylene chloride/methanol (91/9) to prepare a dope stock solution with a concentration of 21.9%, and spun with a pore shape as shown in Figure 4. Using the cap, the second
Dry spinning was carried out under the conditions shown in the table. The results are shown in Table 2.
