Claims (1)
- 上面が開口し、底部に発熱体を備え、その発熱
体上に鍋を載置する装置本体と、該装置本体の一
側縁部に枢着され装置本体上面開口部を開閉自在
に覆う蓋体と、前記装置本体の前下部に吸気口と
後上部に排気口を有しかつ送風手段を備えた送風
通路と、前記蓋体内に設けられ前記鍋と連通する
蒸気排出孔を内部に含み、一端が前記送風通路の
排気口に連通するとともに他端が吹出口として外
面に開口する排気通路とからなり、炊飯時に前記
蒸気排出孔から排出された蒸気と排気通路を流れ
る空気とを混合し、前記排気通路の吹出口から外
部へ排出することを特徴とする炊飯装置。
