Claims (1)
- 炉内の所定高さ位置に設定され、金属製の棒状
本体にその先端検出部を残して外周面を絶縁被覆
してなる炉口層厚計において、上記棒状本体の外
周面に金属プレート及び、銅又は銅と他金属との
合金もしくは銅とセラミツクスとの複合材よりな
る接合中間緩衝層を介して取付けた非酸化物セラ
ミツクスにより絶縁層を形成したことを特徴とす
る炉口層厚計。
