    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. セラミツク基板に設けた貫通孔内に金属ピンを
    挿通させるとともに、該金属ピンの一部をセラミ
    ツク基板を挟持するよう変形させることによつて
    金属ピンをセラミツク基板に取着して成るセラミ
    ツク基板と金属ピンの取着構造において、前記少
    なくともセラミツク基板の主面と貫通孔内壁とで
    形成される角部がヤング率１．５×１０４Kg／mm
    ２以上の剛性金属層により覆設されていることを
    特徴とするセラミツク基板と金属ピンの取着構造
    。
