PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic resin hollow wheel being easily moldable, light weight and having excellent strength, by molding a hollow wheel main body from a parison, forming a bearing members of a specific insert members and welding both parts at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Cavities 2 are formed in inside faces of blow molds 1 and insert members 5 roughly cylindrically prepared of a synthetic resin such as high density polyethylene and the like are loosely inserted outside of cylindrical projected parts 3 being projected at about central parts of the bottom faces of these cavities 2. Both sides of the neighborhoods of the central parts of a parison 6 prepared of a synthetic resin such as high density polyethylene and the like set in the mold 1 is partially pressed by the apexes 5a of the insert members 5 located on its left and right sides and the neighborhoods of the central parts 6a facing to each other are contacted and partially melt-welded. ンサート部材から軸受部を形成しかつ両者を同時に固着
するようにした ことを技術的手段とするものである。
