しかしながら、上記の合成樹脂製車輪をブロー成形法に
より成形する場合には、軸孔を形成するホイール部の肉
厚を十分厚くすることが困難であり、そのためその強度
が不十分であるほか、軸孔の両端口には別途軸受金具を
嵌着して使用しなければならないことが多(、軸受部が
肉厚で強度の大なる車輪を効率よく成形できないという

(問題点を解決するための手段)
上記問題点を解決するため、本発明においては、■ ブ
ロー成形用金型の内面に形成された凹部の底面中央部付
近から略円筒状のインサート部材を突出させた状態に保
持し、
■ 金型内にセットされたパリソンの両側を型締の際に
インサート部材により局部的に押し付け、■ パリソン
の対向する中央部付近同志を局部的に融着させた後、
■ 金型に穿設した貫通孔よりエアーを吹込むことによ
り、
■ パリソンから中空状の車輪本体を形成すると共にイ
ンサート部材から軸受部を形成しかつ両者を同時に固着
するようにした

本発明は上記のような構成にしたので、次のような効果

着できるので、軸受部の強度を著しく上昇させることが

側を型締の際に上記インサート部材により局部的に押し
付け、上記パリソンの対向する中央部付近同志を局部的
に融着させた後、上記金型に穿設した貫通孔よりエアー
を吹込むことにより、上記パリソンから中空状の車輪本
体を形成すると共に上記インサート部材から軸受部を形
成しかつ両者を同時に固着するようにしたことを特徴と
