数で出力する発振回路と、 前記発振回路と前記コイル通電制御用トランジ
スタスイツチとの間に設けられて、前記2値信号
が一方の状態になる毎に前記コイル通電制御用ト
ランジスタスイツチにベース電流を徐々に供給し
