に、該環状シール部の内側に前記開口部を密封可
能なバルブ片部を一体に形成し、前記環状シール
部と前記環状シール部を前記開口縁部に密着させ
る環状のリテーナとの何れか一方の上下部位に、
上下方向から飛来する水滴が前記開口部から室内
側に進入することを防止する庇部を夫々設けたこ
