- 可動体２９に連結する取付部９を備えたブロツ
ク８に、自己負圧型バキユームパツド２を前記取
付部９の軸芯と同芯を保つて突設し、該ブロツク
８内に前記パツド２の内空部より外気へ通じる通
気路１７をバルブ２０を介して設けると共に、ブ
ロツク８にバルブ２を開閉するプツシユロツド１
９を設けたことを特徴とする自己負圧型バキユー
ムヘツド。
