- 恒温槽内部に撹拌用フアン及び方向制御用傾斜
板を持ち槽内を風量が巡回する恒温槽において、
撹拌用フアン前端に温度分布制御用の風向板を取
り付け、さらに精密な温度分布を可能にしたこと
を特徴とする恒温槽。
