図中１，２は第１と第２の過室、４，５は
材、６，７は被過液の送入管、８，９は夾雑物
の排出管、１０，１１は過液の送出管、１２は
連結管、Ｖ６〜Ｖ１２は開閉弁、１６は制御器で
ある。
