混入物を除去可能なフイルタ部に形成するととも
に、前記バイパス管の一端に排出バルブを設けて
他端をバイパスバルブを介して上流側の配水管路
に連結して設け、前記フイルタ部の上流側と下流
側における配水管路の圧力を検知可能な圧力計を
設け、前記圧力計により検知されるフイルタ部よ
り下流側の圧力値あるいはフイルタ部の上流側と
下流側の圧力差の値に基づいて適宜に、前記バイ
パスバルブと前記排出バルブとを開閉させる制御
装置を設けたことを特徴とする配水管路内におけ
