  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 リーケージ型電源トランスを有し、点滅方式に
    より露光を行う露光光源用水銀灯の点灯装置にお
    いて、 上記電源トランスの１次側または２次側にその
    インピーダンスを変化させる付加回路を設け、 上記水銀灯を含めた負荷に対する入力電力を検
    出して上記付加回路を制御して上記水銀灯の点灯
    開始初期において上記負荷に対して大電力を与え
    るための所要の出力電圧―電流特性を示す状態か
    ら上記水銀灯を所要の安定動作状態に保持するた
    めの出力電圧―電流特性に移行させるようにした
    露光光源用水銀灯の点灯装置。
