ていることが一般的であった。この時、ヘッド部22の
回転ドラム10の周方向、径方向、軸高さ方向に対する
取付は精度の要求に対し、治工具などの外部装置を用い
て周方向、径方向の位置決め調整を行った後にビス26
を締めつけ固定していた。また回転ドラムIOにネジこ
まれた調整ネジ28によりヘッドベース部24の一部を
突き撓ませるなどによりヘッド部22の軸高さ方向の調
整を行なっていた。

にビス止めすることなどの従来の回転磁気ヘッドユニッ
トの取付けが困難であり、高精度が要求される位置決め
調整も困難である。

た直線の基′$線66に回転磁気ヘッド34先端が一致
した時を完了としている。第4図、第5図に示した状態
に回転磁気ヘッド34aが調整された時、上述の紫外線
硬化型接着樹脂膜42に外部の紫外線発光装置(図示せ
ず)より紫外光が照射され上述の接着樹脂膜42を即座
に硬化させる。第2の回転磁気ヘッド34bも同様のプ
ロセスで取付は硬化される。

ッドの数の増加に対応しうる有効な構造である。
