の動きに伴なつて内筒1上を摺動し得るように嵌
装されている。なお、潤滑部材7は、弾性体8の
内周全面で内筒1外周に接するものばかりでな
く、第2図及び第3図に別の実施例として示すよ
うに、数箇所に開口部10を設けて内筒1外周に
接するように弾性体8をたとえば合成樹脂製のよ
うな外皮11で包んだようなものであつてもよ
い。12は、慣性部材であつて、潤滑部材7上に
ダストシール3との間に空間部9を設けて自在に
上下に滑動し得るように取り付けられ、いわゆる
重しとなるたとえば鉄板製のような重量のある材
料で形成する。
