Means for Solving the Problems This invention is an attempt to solve the problems seen in the conventional joint structure of top panels, and it is a method to solve the problems seen in the conventional top panel joining structure. In a furniture top board joining device in which joining means are fixed to each lower surface and the joining means are fastened to each other by a fastening means, the first joining means fixed to the lower surface of one top board is connected to the other. A horizontal piece 2b extending horizontally from the lower surface of the upper plate member at a slight distance from the lower surface, and a connecting piece 2c hanging down from the tip of the horizontal piece 2b, and attached to the lower surface of the other upper plate. The second joining means to be fixed has a cross section having a vertical joining piece 3b that comes into contact with the vertical joining piece 2c of the first joining means, and has a horizontal piece 2b attached to the lower surface of the other upper plate. An adjustment bolt 7 that can abut and move both upper plates reciprocally up and down is screwed into the coupling pieces 2c and 3b so as to be vertically movable. It is characterized in that the holes 8, 9 are formed in aligned positions, and the coupling pieces 2c, 3b are allowed to move relative to each other in the vertical and longitudinal directions.

Embodiment A preferred embodiment of this invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, 1 is kitchen furniture,
A top plate member constituting the top plate of a counter, table, etc., which is made of a wooden board 1a covered with a decorative board 1b such as a synthetic resin board, but is not limited to this, and may be made of a metal plate such as a stainless steel board. Of course, it may be configured. The upper plate member 1 can be configured to have a desired length and shape by joining a plurality of upper plate members 1 in the horizontal direction, and when the upper plate is L-shaped or shaped, the joining side of the upper plate member The edges are formed into a shape inclined at 45 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction and then joined.

A pair of joining means 2 and 3, which are fastened to each other with bolts and nuts 4, are fixed to the back surface of each upper plate member 1 with screws 5, respectively. Each joining means 2 and 3 is connected to the upper plate member 1
The first joining means 2 has a horizontal fixing piece 2a fixed to the back surface of one upper plate member 1 with screws 5, and a horizontal fixing piece 2a fixed to the lower surface of the other upper plate member 1. The extending horizontal piece 2b and the horizontal piece 2
The horizontal piece 2b is connected to the other upper plate member 1.
It is located at a slight distance from the bottom surface of the The second joining means 3 has a shape consisting of a horizontal securing piece 3a fixed to the lower surface of the other upper plate member 1 with screws 5, and a connecting piece 3b hanging downward from the tip of the securing piece 3a. A plurality of screw holes 6 are formed at appropriate intervals in the horizontal piece 2b of the first joining means 2, and the tip of an adjustment bolt 7 to be screwed into the screw hole 6 is attached to the bottom surface of the other upper plate member 1. It is possible to adjust the height position by making contact with it. A plurality of elongated holes 8, 9 are formed in the connecting pieces 2c, 3b of the first and second connecting means 2, 3 with their positions aligned. The elongated holes 8 and 9 are formed so that their longitudinal directions are perpendicular to each other, and thereby the joining means 2 and 3 can be adjusted in the vertical and horizontal directions.

When joining, after fixing the first and second joining means 2 and 3 to the lower surface of each upper plate member 1 with screws 5, bolts are inserted into the long holes 8 and 9 of the joining pieces 2c and 3b.
Insert nut 4 and loosely temporarily tighten it. After that,
The adjustment bolt 7 screwed into the screw hole 6 of the horizontal piece 2b is moved up and down to adjust the adjacent upper plate members 1 to the same horizontal position. Next, the upper plate member 1 is moved in the front-rear direction to perform front-rear alignment, and the bolts and nuts 4 are tightened and fixed. For vertical alignment, the longitudinal holes formed in the coupling piece act, and for longitudinal alignment, the horizontal holes act.

Effects of the invention According to the furniture top board joining apparatus of this invention, joining means are fixed to the lower surfaces of two furniture top boards that are horizontally joined to each other, and the joining means are connected to each other by the fastening means. In the apparatus for joining furniture top panels, the first joining means fixed to the lower surface of one of the top panels is spaced slightly downward from the bottom surface of the other top panel. The second joining means, which is fixed to the lower surface of the other upper plate, is provided with a horizontal piece 2b extending horizontally and a joining piece 2c hanging from the tip of the horizontal piece 2b, and is fixed to the lower surface of the other upper plate. The horizontal piece 2b has an adjustment bolt 7 which abuts the lower surface of the other upper plate and can move both upper plates up and down reciprocally. The coupling pieces 2c, 3b are screwed into the coupling pieces 2c, 3b so as to be movable up and down, and are in contact with each other. Elongated holes 8, 9 through which the coupling means is inserted are formed with their longitudinal directions perpendicular to each other, and the positions of the coupling pieces 2c, 3b are aligned. It is characterized by allowing relative movement in the vertical and longitudinal directions, so it simply forms a vertical joining piece for abutting the two joining fittings, and moves from the bottom surface of one upper plate to the other. Since it is only necessary to form a horizontal piece that extends to the lower surface of the upper plate so as to be slightly spaced from the lower surface, the structure is extremely simple, and the two upper plates can be moved oppositely by adjusting bolts screwed into the horizontal piece. You can easily level it by moving it up and down. Furthermore, since elongated holes that are orthogonal to each other are formed in the connecting pieces that come into contact with each other at this time, the upper plate is allowed to move up and down and in the front and rear directions within the range of these elongated holes, and the fastening means is inserted into the elongated holes. Since it is possible to join while temporary fixing, the joining work becomes easier.
