記誘導電動機のための速度制御信号として出力す
る積分手段をそなえ、上記速度指令信号について
の変化の有無を検出する検出手段と、同検出手段
からの信号を受けて上記速度指令信号に変化がな
いことが検出されている間は上記偏差信号が上記
積分手段を経由して出力されるようにし上記速度
指令信号に変化があつたことが検出されると上記
積分手段を経由せずに上記偏差信号が出力されよ
うに切り替わる切替手段とが設けられたことを特
