Abstract

PURPOSE:To meet various life-style requirements, e.g. the use of a device in a Western-style room, with high warming efficiency, by a method wherein a table part is provided with a heater, and a heat radiation surface is formed on the upper surface of the table part. CONSTITUTION:A surfaceform heater 3, formed such that a heat generating material is buried, and a heat insulating material 4 are in order superposed with each other at the inner side of each radiation plate 2. In which case, the surfaceform heater 3, being a heat source, is formed such that a heat generating amount of the heater 3 formed to a side is increased over that of the heater 3 on the upper surface and the under surface of s table part 1. Since heat is radiated from the upper and the under surface and the sides of the table part 1, users around the table part are warmed through radiation of heat from the sides and the under surface. Air above the table part can be heated through heat radiation from the upper surface, and an effect as a convection type heater is also produced. Since the height of leg parts 8 is reduced to a value being so low not to allow insertion of the feet of the user, thus, since heat radiation is effected from a relatively low position, effective convection type heating is performed.

Known heat sources for electric kotatsu include sheathed wires, infrared lamps, planar heaters, and hot air.Among these, planar heaters have a high efficiency in converting electric power into radiant heat energy, It is also attracting attention because it has a radiation spectrum that is easily absorbed by clothing. An electric kotatsu with a built-in planar heater built into the table uses an infrared lamp, and compared to an electric kotatsu that protrudes from the bottom of the table, the space inside the kotatsu is greatly expanded and the usability is improved. At the same time, since the protrusion of the heater is kept to such an extent that it does not cause problems in terms of appearance, it has the advantage that the kotatsu can be used as a low table when heating is not in use, such as in the summer.

In other words, with the diversification of lifestyles, efficient local heating equipment is required even in Western-style rooms with chairs such as sofas, but if you try to insert your feet into the electric kotatsu while sitting on a chair However, the height of the table part must be increased to match the height of the chair, which increases the size of the electric kotatsu, which is particularly inconvenient for sofa tables, etc., which are required to be relatively low. Furthermore, when an electric kotatsu is used in combination with a chair, placing a futon over the chair increases the gap and reduces the efficiency of the kotatsu as a local heater.

In addition, even in Western-style rooms, people are increasingly spending their time lying down by placing low tables on electric carpets instead of using electric kotatsu and E-dan, and there is a problem that electric carpets alone do not have enough heating capacity. There is also. As described above, the recent diversification of lifestyles has been remarkable, and the demand for heating for new lifestyles is increasing.

In addition, when using an electric kotatsu, due to its limitations as a local heater, other heating equipment is required to warm the room when the room is closed, especially in extremely cold seasons, which requires space, wiring, piping, etc. be done. Furthermore, if multiple heating devices are installed, each device must be stopped one by one when going out or going to bed, which is cumbersome to operate, and can lead to safety issues due to operational errors such as forgetting to turn off the switch. This also causes problems.

Structure of this embodiment Figs. 1 and 2 show a basic embodiment of the table-type heating device according to the present invention. Iron radiation plates 2 are provided as heat radiating surfaces on the entire upper surface excluding the surrounding structure 1a, ■the entire side surface excluding the surrounding structure 1a, and ■the outer periphery of the lower surface excluding the surrounding structure and the central part. . Inside each radiation plate 2, a planar heater 3 having a heating element embedded therein and a heat insulating material 4 are sequentially stacked one on top of the other. Here, the planar heater 3 that is the heat source is configured such that the heater 3 provided on the side surface of the table part 1 generates more heat than the heater 3 provided on the top and bottom surfaces of the table part 1, and as a result, A guard 5 is attached to the surface of the side radiation plate 2 to protect the human body from the light and heat section.

On the other hand, a recessed part 1b without the radiation plate 2 is formed in a part of the side surface of the table part 1, and an operating switch 7 is disposed in this recessed part 1b. Note that the table part 1 is supported on the floor by legs 8 attached to the four corners of its lower surface, and the height of the legs 8 is approximately equal to the user's toes. It is so low that it cannot even be inserted. Further, reference numeral 9 in the figure is a heater holder that fixes the planar heater 3 to the structure 1a of the table portion 1.

Effects of this Embodiment In this embodiment, which has the above-described configuration, heat is radiated from both the upper and lower surfaces and the side surfaces of the table part 1. In addition to warming the users around the table, heat radiation from the top surface makes it possible to heat the air above the table, which was previously impossible, and it also functions as a convection heater. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the height of the leg portion 8 is made so low that even the tip of the user's foot cannot be inserted into it, so the height of the table portion is also made low, and therefore heat is radiated from a relatively low position. Provides effective convection heating. Roughly speaking, in this embodiment, the calorific value of the sheet heater 3 on the side surface of the table section 1 is large, and the sheet heater 3 on the top surface of the table section 1 has a large calorific value.
Since the amount of heat generated around the heating device is large, heat radiation around the heating device, that is, heating of the user is performed more efficiently.

In this way, in this embodiment, local heating and heating of the entire room can be performed using a single heating device, compared to conventional heating technology that requires both local heating and heating of the entire room. The installation space is reduced and unnecessary wiring, piping, etc. are omitted. Furthermore, when only the heating device of this embodiment is used as a heating device, it is only necessary to turn off the table-type heating device of this embodiment even when going out or going to bed, making the operation easy. The risk of operational errors is also reduced.
