と切断刃４とを対向配設し、前記供給刃１に排ワ
ラの巻付き防止機構５を設けてある円盤型排ワラ
カツタの巻付き防止構造であつて、前記巻付き防
止機構５を、前記供給刃１と掻込み刃７との間に
おいて前記供給軸６に相対回転自在に外嵌された
嵌合部２２と、この嵌合部２２より前記受刃２の
外方位置に一体延出されて回動自在に支持される
支持部２３とを備えたスクレパー部材で構成して
