間隙を介して近接配置した状態で軸芯方向に所定
間隔を隔てて多数個並設して受刃2を構成すると
ともに、切断軸8に円盤型の回転刃3を軸芯方向
に所定間隔を隔てて多数個並設して切断刃4を構
成し、該切断刃4の回転刃3先端を前記供給刃1
と掻込み刃7との間に挿入配置した状態で受刃2
と切断刃4とを対向配設し、前記供給刃1に排ワ
ラの巻付き防止機構5を設けてある円盤型排ワラ
カツタの巻付き防止構造であつて、前記巻付き防
止機構5を、前記供給刃1と掻込み刃7との間に
おいて前記供給軸6に相対回転自在に外嵌された
嵌合部22と、この嵌合部22より前記受刃2の
外方位置に一体延出されて回動自在に支持される
支持部23とを備えたスクレパー部材で構成して
