ンネル部2上のクロスメンバ3の隆起と干渉しな
いようにしている。この結果、シートクツシヨン
5前側部におけるクロスメンバ3の凹凸形状が露
見することと併せて、シートクツシヨン5前側中
央の凹設部8の設定によりシートクツシヨン5自
体の見栄えを悪くし、車室内観を損なつてしまう
不具合があつた。また、シートクツシヨン5は第
2図Aに示すようにクツシヨン材としてパツド9
のみを用いたもの、および第2図Bに示すように
クツシヨン材として一般にSバネと称するスプリ
ング10とパツド9とを組合せて用いたものの何
れの場合にあつても、トリムカバー11の端末部
を下縁保形フレーム7(一般にクツシヨン材とし
てパツド9のみを用いたものにあつては線状フレ
ーム7aが用いられ、またスプリング10とパツ
ド9の組合せのものではスプリング10係着のた
めL形フレーム7bが用いられている)にクリツ
プ12止めして取付けているのであるが、前述の
ようにシートクツシヨン5前側中央部に凹設部8
を形成する場合、保形フレーム7の前側中央部の
曲折部分ではトリムカバー11の端部を巻きつけ
て端末部を該フレーム7にクリツプ12止めする
時にしわが生じ、シートクツシヨンの外観品質を
損なつてしまうものであり、このためトリムカバ
ー11のしわ取り作業が必要となつてシートクツ
シヨン5の製造工数が多くなつてしまう欠点があ

で前記トンネル部2上のクロスメンバ3を隠蔽す
るようにしてある。
