ある設定された値以上になつた場合に第1の出力
信号を発生させる第1の制御回路と、前記検出回
路手段に流れる電流の持続時間がある設定された
値以上になつた場合に第2の出力信号を発生させ
る第2の制御回路手段と、前記第1、第2の出力
信号の論理和により前記直流電源回路を遮断する
開閉回路手段とを具備したことを特徴とする高周
