する検出回路手段を持つ直流電源回路と、前記直
流電源回路手段によつて検出される電流レベルが
ある設定された値以上になつた場合に第１の出力
信号を発生させる第１の制御回路と、前記検出回
路手段に流れる電流の持続時間がある設定された
値以上になつた場合に第２の出力信号を発生させ
る第２の制御回路手段と、前記第１、第２の出力
信号の論理和により前記直流電源回路を遮断する
開閉回路手段とを具備したことを特徴とする高周
