Claims (1)
助電源と、この補助電源からの前記補助電圧によ
つて第１のパルスを発生する補助電源オンオフ回
路と、前記第１のパルスの入力と負荷に流れる過
電流によつて定められたパルス幅の第２のパルス
を出力するパルス幅制御回路と、前記入力電圧の
印加と前記第２のパルスを受信してスイツチング
動作をするスイツチング回路と、このスイツチン
グ回路の出力を前記負荷に供給して前記負荷に流
れる過電流を検出する過電流検出器と、この過電
流検出器での検出電流が予め定められた電流値よ
り大きい場合に前記パルス幅制御回路へ第１の制
御信号を出力する第１のコンパレータ回路とを有
する過電流保護回路において、前記過電流検出器
から予め設定された電流値以下の場合に前記補助
電源オンオフ回路の動作を制御する第２の制御信
号を出力する第２のコンパレータ回路と、前記補
助電圧を前記過電流検出器への入力させるダイオ
ード及びインピーダンス回路の直列回路とを有す
