側にアルカリ水と酸性水の一対の排水部を設ける
とともに、給水部と排水部に開閉バルブを設けた

バルブにいたる電解水回路に、少なくとも電解槽
内を通つて循環する洗浄用のバイパス回路を接続
し、このバイパス回路の洗浄液供給側と回収側に

洗浄液を送り込む供給口を設けたことを特徴とす
