面のハイレベルを検知し、電磁開閉弁を閉じると
ともに、泥水ポンプを起動する第１のレベルセン
サと液面のハイレベルを検知し、電磁開閉弁を開
くとともに、真空ポンプを起動する第２のレベル
センサを設け、補助タンクには所定真空圧範囲内
で真空ポンプを作動させる真空スイツチを設けた
