Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture many preparation at a time by fixing observation samples to many hole parts provided to base paper and folding the base paper into two, and then cutting the base paper. CONSTITUTION:Crisscrossed cutting lines 3 which cross each other are provided by printing on the surface A of the base paper symmetrically between the right and left about a folding part 2 to form many partition parts 4 and 4' in a preparation shape. Vinyl chloride, etc., is laminated 6 on the entire surface A and holes 7 and 7' for observation sample charging are bored in the partition parts 4 and 4'. A cohesive layer 8 is formed over the entire back surface B of the base paper 1, separator 9 is adhered and peeled by a half to stick a plate material 10 of hard vinyl chloride, etc., and observation samples 11 are fixed to the hole parts 7 and 7'; and then the separated paper 9b on the other half part is peeled off and the base paper 1 is folded inward along the folding part 2, stuck one over the other, and cut along the cutting lines 3.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention provides a folded part in the center of one mount, and prints a slide-shaped surrounding part that is symmetrically paired with the folded part as a border and intersects vertically and horizontally on the surface of the mount. A hole for enclosing the observation specimen is formed in the surrounding part, and the observation specimen is fixed in the hole by an appropriate means, and then the mount is folded back at the folding part. The purpose is to produce preparations in large quantities and at low cost by polymerizing and pasting and cutting along the cut lines.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the configuration of the present invention is to use a mount (
A folded part (2) is provided in the center of 1), and the surface of the mount (
Separation lines (3) intersecting vertically and horizontally are provided as marks III to A) so as to be located symmetrically with the folded part (2) as the border, and a large number of surrounding parts (4) (4') in the shape of slides are formed.
), and after appropriately printing (5) etc. inside the surrounding area, the entire surface (A) of the mount is laminated (6) with vinyl chloride, etc., and further inside the surrounding areas (4) (4'). Holes (7) (7') for enclosing observation specimens were made in the position where the left and right sides face each other when the mount (1) is folded in half at the folding part (2). Apply a sticky layer (8) to the entire back CB) and cover with separator paper (9), and peel off the separator paper (8a) on the half side from the folded part (2) of the mount (1). A plate material (10) made of transparent hard vinyl chloride or the like is pasted, and the hole (7) for enclosing the observation specimen is formed.
After fixing the observation specimen (11) using appropriate means to the location on the board (10) corresponding to section (7'), peel off the separator paper (9b) on the other half and fold back the mount (1). It is characterized in that it is valley-folded from part (2), pasted and S-polymerized, and then cut along the separation line (3).
