て対向し、この接合部に圧縮エアを吹付けるエア
供給口と、このエア供給口から供給される圧縮エ
アの圧力を検出する圧力検出手段と、上記回転主
軸を回転させつつ圧力検出手段により検出した圧
縮エアの圧力に応じて上記接合部の隙間の有無を
判別する判別手段とを設けたことを特徴とする工
