ヤートである。 １……デイーゼルエンジン、２……オイルパン
、３……プライミングポンプ、４……戻り管、５
……給油管、６……圧力センサ、１０……コンピ
ユータ、１１……表示装置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内燃機関停止中に、所定時間間隔で所定時間運
    転され、シリンダ内等に間欠的に給油を行なう潤
    滑油プライミングポンプの診断装置であつて、 上記潤滑油プライミングポンプから内燃機関へ
    向かう給油管に設けられた圧力センサからの入力
    信号と時刻信号に基づいて、潤滑油の圧力が設定
    圧力以上になる時間間隔が上記所定時間間隔に対
    して所定の許容範囲内にあるか否かを判別する間
    欠運転判別手段と、上記圧力センサからの入力信
    号と時刻信号に基づいて、潤滑油の圧力が上記設
    定圧力以上を持続する時間を計時し、計時した時
    間が予め定められた基準値に対して所定の許容範
    囲内にあるか否かを判断するプライミング運転判
    別手段とを備えて、上記間欠運転判別手段とプラ
    イミング運転判別手段の判別結果によつて上記潤
    滑油プライミングポンプの起動、停止不良や運転
    不良を診断し得るようにしたことを特徴とする潤
    滑油プライミングポンプの診断装置。
