Claims (1)
送路から気体を噴射して前記搬送体を浮上させ、
前記搬送体に対してリニアモータ機構によつて推
進力を与えることにより、前記被搬送物を搬送す
る搬送体を用いた気体浮上式搬送設備において、
前記搬送路を上面がほぼ水平に伸びるダクトで形
成するとともに前記上面に気体を噴射するための
噴射孔を設ける一方、前記搬送体は、前記ダクト
上面に対応位置する被搬送物を載置するための載
置部と、この載置部の幅方向に被搬送物載置面と
は反対方向に伸びるよう対称的に設けられた一対
の側部とを備え、これら各側部は、前記載置部に
向けて前記ダクト上面から噴射された気体が前記
各側部方向に流入すべく、少なくとも下端縁を除
いた部分とダクト面との間隔を、浮上状態におけ
る載置部とダクト上面との間隔よりも広く設定し
て構成したことを特徴とする搬送体を用いた気体
