(3) 遠赤外線放射手段がラツクの周囲に立設さ
れる基板の表面に酸化アルミニウム、酸化ジルコ
ニウム、酸化チタン、酸化ケイ素又は窒化ケイ素
を主成分とする酸化物性皮膜を形成して成るもの
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の燻製
