前記ワーク載置部に固定されてワークを案内する
ための治具本体と、前記治具本体に対し電気的絶
縁状態で支持されると共に端部を治具本体のワー
ク位置決め用面部からワークの位置決め範囲内ま
で変位自在に突出する導電性材料からなる板ばね
を有し、前記板ばねとワークを含むワーク検知用
回路を形成し、前記ワークが前記板ばねと接触す
る際に前記ワーク検知用回路を介して前記ワーク
が所定の位置決め範囲内に存在することを検出す
るよう構成することを特徴とする位置決め用治具
。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の治具
において、板ばねと治具本体とにワーク検知手段
を接続し、ワークが前記板ばねと治具本体あるい
はワーク載置部に一体的に接触する際に、ワーク
検知手段を介して前記ワークが所定の位置決め範
