- コンデンサ素子内部においてフイルムの幅方向
に内部直列回路を構成した素子端面に金属ネジ端
子を直接取付けた低インダクタンスコンデンサと
金属ネジ端子を有するダイオードを接合し、金属
ネジ端子の接合部分に導電性接着剤を注入固着し
た複合部品。
