Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance feed efficiency of fluid, by providing a helical groove, in which a blade of a screw in a pump outer cylinder is placed, in a partitioning screw and meshing it with the screw in the pump outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A screw 2, which feeds an object, is provided so as to be turned in a pump outer cylinder 1, and said screw 2 is meshed with a partitioning screw 6 having a helical groove 6a in which a blade 2a of said screw 2 is placed. Shafts 4, 7 of the screws 2, 6 are rotated by a motor 10 in an equal speed in an opposite direction to each other. Here the helical groove 6a slides on the blade 2a scraping the forced press fed object adhering to the blade 2a. Accordingly, fluid, even if it provides a viscous quality, can be efficiently fed by a screw pump.

なって回転し、送られなくなくすなわち詰まりを起こす

第3図示のように、ポンプ外筒1内にスクリュー2を回
動すべく設けると共にその外筒1内周面には軸方向に延
びる縦溝3を設け、この縦溝3内には中心軸4と隣接す
るスクリュー2の翼2a 、 2b間を閉鎖する仕切板
5を軸方向に摺動すべく設け、スクリュー2及び中心軸
4が回転すると仕切板5,5・・・・・・はスクリュー
2により押されて縦溝3内を軸方向に摺動し、スクリュ
ー2に付着した被圧送物を掻き落とすものを提案した。

aは翼2a上を摺動してそれに付着した被圧送物を播き
落とすものである。
