  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 キヤリアガス導入用管路およびキヤリアガス排
    出用管路を備えた筒状体内に被検気化試料含有キ
    ヤリアガスを貯留し、上記筒状体内を筒軸方向に
    透過する赤外線により上記気化試料の赤外吸収ス
    ペクトルを測定しうるよう構成されたガスセルで
    あつて、 上記ガスセルの一端から他端に連通路を接続し
    かつ該連通路の一部を伸縮可能な容積変動部で構
    成し、該容積変動部での変動によりセル内に貯留
    された気体を流動させることを特徴とする赤外吸
    収スペクトル測定用ガスセル。
