Claims (1)
- 一端に弁を設け他端に可動コアを設けたシヤフ
トと、前記弁とハウジングの間に弾装される第１
のリターンスプリングと、前記可動コアに近接し
前記シヤフトの延長側に配設されるソレノイドと
、前記シヤフトの周囲に設けられるベローズと該
ベローズ内に収容される第２のリターンスプリン
グとからなることを特徴とする電磁バルブ。
