Before use, the medicinal solution in each bottle is transferred and mixed into one bottle or bag using an infusion set or the like, or the two bottles are communicated with each other through a connecting tube with liquid guide needles at both ends. I was given an infusion.

内吸収が悪く問題であつた。 In addition, the above-mentioned method of infusing the two bottles in fluid communication does not allow the two solutions to mix completely, especially when infusing glucose and amino acid solutions together, which are poorly absorbed in the body unless they are thoroughly mixed. However, there was a drawback that the glucose solution, which is a hypertonic solution, was injected first, and the amino acid solution was injected later, resulting in poor absorption of the medicinal solution into the body, which was a problem.

and the partition band between the two rooms is provided at an angle,
A flexible tube that communicates the two chambers is provided at the inclined lower end of this partition band, so if the infusion bag is hung on a hanger or the like and the clamp means of the partition band is released, the drug solution in the upper chamber will naturally flow. The entire amount of liquid can be transferred to the lower chamber, and therefore, by pressing or shaking from the outside, it is possible to easily and aseptically mix the drug solution.

A clamp means 10 of a known structure such as a clamp with a tapered groove or a roller clamp is disposed, and the upper chamber 4 has an introduction tube 6 for introducing a small amount of chemical solution, and the lower chamber 5 has an introduction tube 7 for introducing a large amount of drug solution and a tube for introducing a mixed drug solution. A port 8 of known structure is arranged.

0, a specified amount of amino acid solution is supplied from the liquid guide tube 6 to the upper chamber 4, and a specified amount of glucose solution is supplied from the liquid guide tube 7 to the lower chamber 5, at a position close to the main body of the infusion bag. What is necessary is just to melt-cut each of the liquid guide tubes 6 and 7.

大きさに形成されている。 Since the infusion bag of the present invention supplies the amino acid solution in the upper chamber 4 to the lower chamber 5 and mixes it with the glucose solution prior to infusion, the upper chamber 4 may be completely filled, but the lower chamber 5 is It must be incompletely filled so that the amino acid solution in chamber 4 can also be accommodated and can be completely mixed with the glucose solution in lower chamber 5. Therefore, the volume of the lower chamber is formed to be large enough to accommodate the total amount of prescribed amounts of amino acid solution and glucose solution.
