窒素との接触時にその温度を検出してこれに対応
する電気信号を出力するものであつて、上記セン
サーボツクス内に配設されたダイオードからなる
センサと、液体窒素収納容器からオーバフローす
る液体窒素が流動するものであつて、遊端がセン
サーボツクス内の検出素子に概ね対向する位置に
おいてセンサーボツクスに連通して接続され、か
つ遊端から適宜の距離の位置において穿設された
排出口を有する案内管とを備えることを特徴とす
