Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジング内に軸受けを介して回転体を支承し
、軸受けより軸方向外方部分にて、ハウジング側
と回転体との間にラビリンスシール溝を形成し、
ラビリンスシール溝の外気側開口近傍にハウジン
グ側の空気溜室から空気を吹き出す吹出開口を、
周方向に均一に分布して設けたこととするエアシ
ール装置において、空気溜室は、ハウジング側に
形成される複数の環状室から成り、 上記複数の環状室は、孔もしくは隙間によつて
順次連通しており、 一端側の環状室は圧縮空気供給源に接続され、
他端側の環状室は吹出開口に連通している、 ことを特徴とする回転体エアシール装置。
