し頂部と谷部から成る星形断面形状の第一の電極
と、センサ本体の凹部に充填されセンサ本体に対
し第一の電極を非接触状態に保持する絶縁体と、
第一の電極を包囲しながらセンサ本体から伸び出
ており、かつ第一の電極と異なる極性を有する第
二の電極とで構成されることを特徴とする電極式
