部に充填されセンサ本体に対し第一の電極を非接
触状態に保持する絶縁体と、第一の電極を包囲し
ながらセンサ本体から伸び出し下端が傾斜して開
放しておりかつ第一の電極と異なる極性を有する
第二の電極とで構成されることを特徴とする電極
